Shipping And Delivery Information
Once your order is confirmed, we begin preparing and packaging it for shipment the same day. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM via MRW or Zoom. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays are processed and handed off to the courier on the next business day.
Free Shipping On Purchases Of $80 Or More, or its equivalent in bolivars at the day's BCV exchange rate. Nationwide shipments arrive within 2 to 5 business days.
We also offer completely free local pickup in Anzoátegui, Monday through Saturday. Pickup time and location will be coordinated with you once your order is confirmed.
Return And Refund Policy
At Goatness, we strive to offer the highest quality products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return & Exchange Window
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives. Exchanges are only available for sizing issues or manufacturing defects, and are subject to availability. The replacement item must be of equal or greater value - if greater, the difference must be paid.
Product Condition
Items must be unused, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. We cannot accept returns for items with odors, stains, or any signs of damage or wear.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, items purchased with special discounts, and white or light-colored garments cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item has a manufacturing defect or the error was on our part.
Refunds & Replacement Shipping
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll ship your replacement right away. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method. If payment was made in bolivars, you'll be refunded the exact amount paid on the day of your original purchase.
